Through the years it has gone on to become a staple of both the medal stands and town streets. To kick off the commemorative releases the WINDRUNNER will probably be overhauled by STONE ISLAND, who are well-known for fabric innovation, engineering and dyeing techniques.
The result’s a fusion of the 2 brands’ aesthetics, with the fashionable interpretation sporting a water and wind-resistant chevron and hood constructed from Mussola Gommata fabric, whilst Nylon Metallic fabric features on the physique and PrimaLoft expertise on the lining. The signature colour-blocking is given a twist due to the garment dyeing process that STONE ISLAND is famous for, with a selection of gray, purple, blue, navy, khaki or black. The finishing contact is the diagonal pockets with the zip fastening hidden by nylon tape.
Alongside the six colourways of the jacket there will likely be a duo of the NIKE KOTH Ultra MID SI, in a selection of khaki or black, both of which are stone island polo long sleeve coated in polyurethane to make them resistant to the weather.
