Very nicely finished…I feel that I’ve been seeing his work most of my life, and now I know who the man behind the curtain is…thanks for sharing this data.
My favorites of the poster you showed would be Gold-BladeRunner Silver- Indiana Jones and Temple of Doom…Bronze-Again to the longer term.
It is a disgrace that computer poster art pretty much ran him out of business….these things go in cycles so I’m sure his type of poster will be back….and at 64…he could nonetheless have a number of masterpieces left in him
Voted up and superior.

Hello Flora, I a lot favor the hand painted movie posters of yesteryear to the picture montages of at this time, which principally consist of head photographs of the actors. I’m not surprised lots of those previous posters sell for thousands of dollars at public sale.
That Back to the long run poster is a favourite, I remember wondering what that thing was behind Michael J. Fox until I saw the movie and realised it was the door of the automobile. 🙂

I should admit that many of the motion pictures for which you provided the posters I haven’t seen. Just the kind of films, I guess, as properly because the period are the explanations. my favourite movie of them is Back to the long run. As I little bit of bias being a fan of Fox, I would most likely say this even if I had seen extra of those motion pictures. Relating to the record of film titles stone island iphone case you record by name, with or and not using a poster proven, I have seen 10 of them-and three of these star Fox. I am not stunned Struzan needed to film to comic books. I know digital artwork allows you to do issues by no means possible earlier than, however it some ways I feel it just decreases the quantity of creative inginuity by particular person artists. I have at all times seen, to go back to films, a better diploma of artwork within the hand drawn pictures of Disney films of previous within the 2D form, than within the Pixar type of animation which may do it sooner and extra efficiently.
