To mark 35 years since Aberdeen FC defeated Actual Madrid to win the 1983 European Cup, Scottish retailer Hanon has paid tribute to its hometown club — and the St. Clair ferry that took followers from Scotland to Gothenburg for the ultimate — for a Diadora collaboration. The sneaker’s colorway references the ferry, while the “112” on the facet marks the time of the winning goal and the rain sample on the insole recalls the wet weather that night time. The sneaker will drop in-store on October 25, before going online three days later.
adidas Originals by wings+horns Fall/Winter 2017
