All the other Neo Cons are trumpetting China’s (they’re saying its a US victory, but it wasnt; this was due to China’s efforts) victory in "de-nuking" North Korea. Even though Bush and the US have no diplomatic relations with North Korea, they’re trying to spin that Bush had something to do with this, as though he could ever do anything so Liberal as give away 950 tons of aid to a country we’re at war with.

Personally I agree with your assessment. Now, when you get over your faint, let me also say I think Iran is trying to play this EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. Threaten the world with nukes, then back off and "allow" yourself to be bribed with free foriegn aid. When THAT aid runs out, fire the nukes back up and start threatening again.
