Are You really getting letters from Carl Jung???? What does he have to say about today’s society? Don’t stop them – they could be very enlightening, and maybe worth a lot of money someday!

You can register with the mail preference service. That stops junk mail that comes addressed to you, but you can't stop the circulars that are unaddressed and every household gets them.

you have to train your mailbox. first of all stop subscribing to sites that sells your email address. Secondly open your mails and there are instructions at the bottom on how to stop receiving each. thirdly, those that you know are definitely spam, check them and click spam, this will take care of the problem in a short while

When you receive junk mail in your in box you can check or mark them as spam by clicking on the box in front of message and click on spam. This will delete the message and also keep a record of who sent it and it will be blocked as spam and it shouldn't happen again from that address. Also I believe you have up to 500 or so items that you can mark as spam and it will keep record of all the items you have marked. hope this helps.
