Ermm, I doubt they’ve ever been "scared" of us… crazy dictators are delusional about their own power, but if he’s not equally "scared" or at least "respectful" of the same U.S. Army that is under the control of Obama, he’s even dumber than I thought.

Of course, they're terrified of the Hawkish Hillary and the man with the vast political and military experience, Barack Hussein. Actually, Kim probably sees us as future communist comrades, he just needs to keep up the sabre rattling for home consumption.
