Two-Nation theory formed the basis of Pakistan. Muslims of subcontinent, opted for a separate homeland, instead of joint India, finally achieved their goal in 1947 to have an independent state for themselves, but only after a long and relentless struggle under the single-minded guidance of the Quaid.

However, there has been lot of controversies and confusion created regarding the mere question whether Pakistan was founded to become a theocratic or secular state. This sense of misunderstanding was further exploited after the the speech of Mr. Altaf Hussain, founder of MQM, in India where he declared “the division of subcontinent as the biggest blunder in the history of mankind”. This vicious idea was further supported by some so-called journalists and scholars on local TV channels and newspapers.

In support of their speculation, they completely disregard the entire history and the struggle that was there with the independence struggle, Two-nation theory, Iqbal’s address of Allahabad in 1930, Pakistan resolution in 1940 and Objective resolution in 1949 and formulate their arguments on merely on one address of Mr. Jinnah on 11th August 1947.

If all of the above is true, why is Pakistan just taking it?

And you do know that India can obliterate them with just a small part of their nuclear arsenal, don’t you?

Not to mention, in today’s scenario, any Muslim Country that launches any offensive against any other Country will be inviting the Big Powers who are waging a War against Terrorism to step in and finish it for them.

So, Pakistan knows that their lies will get thoroughly investigated and that they’ll be at the receiving end if they try anything, so, I suppose cowardice is better for them than suicide.

Well, first of all, I’m a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I’m a liberal, and I did NOT participate in the protest.

I actually value my college education. I was in my dorm, fighting my way through a stomach virus in order to finish my Calculus homework. I take pride in the fact that I worked my butt off to get scholarships, and no one is "handing me free money" for college.

I did not participate in the protest because both Tancredo and UNC students were entitled to their own versions of free speech. But the fact that windows were broken out, the fact that Tancredo was not allowed to speak because of the chaos, and the fact that people were tased and mased is truly upsetting.

The thing that pisses me off the most is that some people have the gall to say "Alumni should stop donating to the university." Oh right, the university and the student body should suffer because of a minority of the UNC community? Pathetic. But what’s even more pathetic is that someone later had the audacity to say, "Tancredo isn’t racist! Racism doesn’t exist anymore in this country! The president is black!"

One of my Hispanic friends (who is here LEGALLY, by the way) said "When they’re not bitching about Affirmative Action and so-called minority privilege, they’re bitching about Hispanics. If I wanted to hear Tancredo’s extremist rhetoric, I would abide by Kim Jung IL and Hitler’s philosophies."

Revolt Already Cowards-LOL..if you’re referring to my avatar, I’m not dark skinned-I’m brown skinned, but this was the closet I could get to it. I’m half native american and half black, but I didn’t mention that because I didn’t want to appear biased to the situation. But thanks for your response.

A dark-skinned, well-educated, self-sufficient woman will always be hated by a fairly large number of people in America. So my first piece of advice: be careful.

Second: political parties infiltrate the universities. One of the main purposes is to cause riots and make students look like savages in the public eye. I wouldn’t be surprised if many of the pro-Tancredo types were there pretending to be against him, breaking things around.

Politics is a dirty game.
